The rap mogul's legal team was all over the map on Wednesday, with cases surfacing in East Hampton, Manhattan and Miami. He won some, lost some.

Sean Combs had his legal team working in overdrive the past few days. The rap mogul, 31, was ordered to pay $350 by an East Hampton, N.Y., court on Tuesday after pleading guilty to with clear-cutting the environmentally protected plants around his estate (sea grass and blueberry bushes), reports New York's Daily News. He has reportedly spent $70,000 to restore the vegetation. In another case, in Manhattan, reports The New York Times, Combs was threatened with arrest in family court by a hearing officer who said he was offended that neither Combs nor Kim Porter, the mother of Combs's 3-year-old son, Christian Casey Combs, was present for the proceeding on Wednesday. The officer threatened that if the two adults skipped the next hearing, set for Oct. 29, Combs would receive an arrest warrant or Porter's request for support would be dismissed. (Lawyers for Porter and Combs said that the parties involved had reached a tentative support agreement, estimated by the Associated Press to be some $11,000 a month.) Then, Wednesday in Miami, where Combs stands accused of passing several cars while riding a motor scooter last April 14, Judge Sheldon Schwartz dismissed the case. "The reality is, Puffy didn't pass seven cars, and we had witnesses to prove it," defense attorney Jayne Weintraub said outside court afterward, challenging testimony by Miami Beach patrol Officer Mario Rojo.
