BORN: "Frasier" star Kelsey Grammer, 46, and his wife, the former Camille Donatacci, 33, welcomed a healthy, 8-pound, 5-ounce daughter, their first child, Mason Olivia, born to a surrogate mother, on Wednesday, Grammer's publicist has announced. The Grammers have been married for four years . . . WED: Paula Jones, 35, who filed a sexual-harassment lawsuit against former President Clinton, married her construction-worker neighbor, Steven Mark McFadden, 39, inside the Villa Marre home in downtown Little Rock on Saturday. The Villa Marre is best known as the exterior of the fictional home inhabited by TV's "Designing Women." Jones, the mother of two, was married once before . . . DELAYED: Dolly Parton, 55, has postponed, until the spring of summer of next year, a scheduled New Year's Eve all-star bluegrass concert at Nashville's Grand Ole Opry House that was to benefit children whose parents were killed or injured in the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. "Many of the artists and musicians were already committed to family gatherings or other concert appearances," she said by way of explanation . . . JOINED: Add the Dave Matthews Band to the ranks of Janet Jackson, Weezer and Destiny's Child (which has postponed its plans) in canceling overseas tours in the wake of last month's terrorist attacks. "I think that there is probably a sense from an American standpoint that they might be more of a target," Gary Bongiovanni, of Pollstar, told the Associated Press . . . DIED: "Our Gang" star Eugene "Pineapple" Jackson, 84, who dated back to the series' silent days, suffered a fatal heart attack on Friday, reported the Los Angeles Times. Jackson was just 6 when he was signed up by "Gang" producer Hal Roach, who took one look at his Afro hairdo and dubbed him "Pineapple." Jackson later appeared on TV's "Julia" and "Sanford and Son" . . . FORCED: Courtney Love, 37, wrapped up her Saturday Hollywood Bowl performance earlier than anticipated after local noise ordinances ended her concert at 11 p.m. (the cut-off time), reports the Associated Press. Love then gathered her band in a bathroom and played for the president of a major record label, said her publicist. He did not identify the executive.
