ACKNOWLEDGED: "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire" host Regis Philbin, 68, addressed the widely reported possible demise of the ABC quiz show during his day job Thursday. On "Live With Regis and Kelly," he first made light of it, then said more seriously, "I think what'll happen is, 'Millionaire' will go away and Regis will be disassociated with it, and then it will come back with a comedian. They want someone funny. Just watch." Replied "Live" cohost Kelly Ripa, "I think you'll get a late-night talk show, and I'll be your Ed McMahon" . . . CANCELLED: Shaken by the postponement of this year's Emmys, organizers of the 2002 Blockbuster Awards have decided to can their show, PEOPLE reports, citing concerns over "what consumer response might be" after Sept. 11, according to a spokeswoman. The show's fate in 2003 remains up in the air . . . FILED: '80s starlet Pia Zadora, 46, is seeking a divorce, citing irreconcilable differences with her second husband, writer-director Jonathan Kaufer, 45, after six years of marriage. The actress's lawyer said Zadora wants full custody of the couple's 4-year-old son. She already has custody of a daughter, 16, and son, 14, from a previous marriage, to 77-year-old millionaire (and producer of her movies) Meshulam Riklis, from whom Zadora was divorced in 1995, after 18 years of marriage . . . EMBATTLED: A Kansas retreat that caters to witches and pagan rituals is fighting for survival amid community talk that naked witches may be weaving magical spells in the moonlight, reports Reuters. The owners of the Gaea Retreat Center, a 168-acre camp west of Kansas City, filed suit this week in Leavenworth County District Court after county commissioners effectively put it out of business by denying a renewal of its land use permit. "They say they're afraid of us, what we do here, the sound of drums . . . They don't know how lucky they are to have us as their neighbors," caretaker Wanda Roths said. Lawyers for the county declined to comment.
