In what was described as a "minor" accident, Arnold Schwarzenegger wrecked his motorcycle over the weekend and ended up in a Los Angeles hospital with several broken ribs, Reuters reported. "He's a very seasoned rider, and very safe rider, but accidents do happen, and unfortunately he did have one yesterday," spokeswoman Jill Eisenstadt told Reuters. "He's resting comfortably and plans on coming home today." Warner Bros. may be telling Arnold to stay away from two-wheeled transportation, at least until April 2002, when "Terminator 3: The Rise of the Machines" is scheduled to begin production. The movie studio just won a bidding war among major studios, including Paramount and Universal, for the distribution rights to the upcoming installment of the "Terminator" series, Reuters reported. The movie is estimated to cost $165 million to $180 million, according to Variety, but expectations are high for a good return since "Terminator 2: Judgment Day" grossed $500 million in 1991.
