For the week of Nov. 19-25, CBS had the No. 1 program, "Everybody Loves Raymond," and four other shows in the top 10, while NBC had four shows and ABC had one. The top-rated Fox show was the Sunday night movie, "Star Wars: Episode I -- The Phantom Menace," at No. 17. The top-rated WB show was "7th Heaven," at No. 63.
