And they seemed so happy in the video. In the latest episode of their protracted court fight, Tommy Lee, 39, came out victorious yesterday over Pamela Anderson, reports the Associated Press. The bombshell mom had asked the court to require that a monitor be present during Lee's visits with their two sons, Brandon, 5, and Dylan, 3. Anderson, 34, has accused her former husband of abusing alcohol and of being a "very angry, unstable man who presents a danger to others." In 1998, Lee was arrested for assaulting Anderson and was sentenced to 180 days in jail. Superior Court Judge Lee Smalley Edmon turned Anderson down, saying she saw no evidence of a need for monitoring, although she did rule that Lee can't ride the children on his motorcycle until further notice. Lee expressed satisfaction with the ruling, saying, "I think it was fair. I just want to be with my kids." Anderson though, says she won1t be deterred. "I'm not going to let it go," she said. "I'm going to fight to my last day and my last dollar for what's best for my kids."
