The man who doesn't seem to age is suing the Grammys over alleged unfair booking practices; actress Tori Spelling tries her hand on the live stage.

CAST: Tori Spelling, 28, in a small play called "Maybe Baby, It's You," about dating rituals among young, hip single folk. The play will run at the Coronet Theater in Los Angeles from Jan. 24 through March 23....SUED: The Grammy Awards for $10 million by Dick Clark, who owns the company that produces American Music Awards. Clark claims the Grammys engage in unfair booking practices, such as allegedly not allowing artists to perform on both shows....RECOVERING: Los Angeles Lakers announcer Chick Hearn, 85, who has commentated 3,338 consecutive Lakers basketball games. He underwent heart surgery Wednesday. Hearn has not missed a game in more than 36 years; the last time was in 1965, when he couldn't take a flight because of bad weather. He is expected to make a full recovery.
