PLEAD GUILTY: Scott Weiland, 38, lead singer of the Stone Temple Pilots, entered a guilty plea in a Las Vegas court on Wednesday to charges of spousal abuse. On November 19, reports the Associated Press, the rock star was arrested in his room at the Hard Rock Hotel for fighting with his wife, Mary, in front of the couple's 18-month-old son. Weiland has a history of drug abuse. If he stays out of trouble for the next six months and completes 26 counseling sessions, the case will be dismissed. . . .
