Britney Spears, the Internet's most searched-for person of 2001, will be easy to find come Feb. 9. Variety reports that the pop princess, 20, will perform during the "NBA All-Star Read to Achieve Celebration," a one-hour literacy special to be televised simultaneously at 11 a.m. on six networks: NBC, TNT, Nickelodeon, BET, NBA.comTV and Canada's MuchMusic, the National Basketball Association has announced. The show, originating from the Pennsylvania Convention Center, is taking place during the same weekend as the NBA All-Star Game in Philadelphia. "NBA Inside Stuff" cohosts Ahmad Rashad and Summer Sanders will emcee the literacy special starring Spears, with other performers still to be named. Spears is scheduled to perform "I'm A Girl, Not Yet a Woman" from her self-titled multi-platinum album. Meanwhile, American Music Awards producer Dick Clark has announced that Spears, Kid Rock, Usher, Mick Jagger and Cher will all perform on next week's American Music Awards. The Jan. 9 event will also have Sean 'P. Diddy' Combs and Jenny McCarthy as its hosts.
