All's well that ends well for Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston, who've settled their $50 million lawsuit against jeweler Silvia Damiani, whom they once accused of making them "unwilling shills" for wedding rings, reps for both sides said on Friday, the Associated Press reports. According to the terms of the resolution, Pitt, 38, will design an exclusive jewelry collection for Damiani and Aniston, 32, will appear in ads for the upscale Italian jeweler. Last July, the two filed a federal lawsuit against Damiani, charging that after the jeweler and Pitt designed exclusive wedding bands for his Malibu nuptials with Aniston, the jeweler sold knockoffs on the Internet and used the stars' names and faces for publicity. "The legal proceedings between Brad Pitt, Jennifer Aniston and Damiani . . . have been amicably resolved and were the result of an unfortunate misunderstanding," said a spokeswoman for the jeweler in a statement. In further news of Aniston, the "Friends" star appears to have scored a hit with an offbeat film role that premiered over the weekend at the Sundance Film Festival. "The Good Girl" stars Aniston going against type, playing a Texan with a deadbeat husband and a dead-end job. "It's one of the hardest things I've done," she said of the role at a press conference, Reuters reports. "I drew from my life, like we all do, and there were elements of my upbringing . . . loneliness, sadness, depression, which I think we all come across. Whether you live in a small town in Texas or a big city -- and you're loaded with money."
