"Friends" is invincible. A repeat of the NBC sitcom last Thursday ranked as the week's No. 1 primetime program in both the number of total viewers (22.99 million, in just over 15 million households) in the highly sought-after 18-49 year-old age group, according to the latest Nielsen data. Its demographic score of 11.3/29 matches the highest for any repeat show in nearly three years, notes the Hollywood Reporter. Yet none of the month's new series that have aired more than once looks like anything special. Still, there was good ratings news for Fox, which achieved some of its best numbers in weeks for struggling dramas "Ally McBeal" and "24," as well as for some of its comedies. The Top 10 in primetime ratings compiled by Nielsen Media Research for Jan. 21-27:
