RELIEVED: Prince Harry, 17, will not face charges for using cannabis after an investigation into alleged drug-taking and drinking yielded no evidence, British police have told Reuters. In January Prince Charlesreportedly had reprimanded his younger son after the lad confessed to underage drinking and smoking pot. "We now consider the matter closed and there is no further investigation to take place," a police spokesman said . . .RATED: Wednesday's CBS telecast of the 44th annual Grammy Awards show drew its smallest TV audience in six years, according to Nielsen reports. The relatively lackluster 3 1/2-hour marathon averaged just under 19 million viewers, considered an anemic reaction by recent Grammy standards, says Reuters . . . SUED: Two former Destiny's Child members, LeToya Luckett and LaTavia Roberson, have slapped the group with a lawsuit, contending that the hit song "Survivor" includes derisive comments about them, reports the Associated Press. Lyrics in the song, quoted in the suit filed in a Houston federal court Wednesday, go as follows: "You thought I wouldn't sell without you, sold 9 million." Tom Fulkerson, an attorney for Destiny's Child, termed the suit "ridiculous" . . . NEGOTIATED: Fresh from his "Training Day" Oscar nomination and his current box-office hit "John Q," Denzel Washington, 47, will receive $20 million for "Out of Time," an upcoming thriller in which he will play a small Florida town's police chief, reports Variety. His character is described as a man "who does the wrong thing for the right reason and then must use guile to get out of a difficult situation, complicated by two women." Shooting is set to begin in May.
