This has been quite a week for Jennifer Lopez. First, she landed back atop the Billboard 200 chart, with her remix album, "J To Tha L-O: The Remixes," which sold nearly 102,000 copies in its third week of release. (The collection features remixed songs from her first two albums -- "On The 6" and last year's "J.Lo" -- including the song "Ain't It Funny" with rappers Ja Rule and Caddillac Tah.) Now comes word that she has landed "The English Patient" star Ralph Fiennes, 39, as the male leading her new movie, "Chambermaid," to be directed by Wayne Wang ("The Joy Luck Club"), says the Hollywood Reporter. The project is due to go before the cameras in late April for a Christmas 2002 release. Lopez, 31, will play the title character, working in a luxury hotel, where she falls in love with one of the guests, the handsome heir to a political dynasty (Fiennes), who mistakes her for a socialite. Sounds a lot like Cinderella meets "Sabrina" -- which already was a Cinderella story. The script is by John Hughes ("Home Alone").
