She's not a girl, not yet a woman . . . but she is co-owner of an upcoming New York restaurant. Pop princess Britney Spears, 20, is planning to open her eatery in the hip Dylan Hotel on East 41st Street, in Manhattan, according to MTV News. It will not be a theme restaurant, unlike the culinary efforts of so many celebs before her. Instead, the restaurant will be a "hip, hot, sexy New York lounge," a spokesperson told MTV. Restaurateur Bobby Ochs, who has partnered with celebs Marla Maples and Patrick Swayze in the past (for Peaches and Mulholland Drive Cafe, respectively), will handle the day-to-day operations of the as-yet-unnamed restaurant, which will be an affordably priced American brasserie, MTV News reported. Spears has become quite the multi-media mogul lately: Along with her foray into food, she currently stars in the teen flick "Crossroads," and a video game about her for PlayStation 2, called "Britney's Dance Beat," is due out in May.
