CAST: "Will & Grace" Emmy winner Sean Hayes, 31, is taking on a dramatic role. He will star as Jerry Lewis, reports Variety, in a CBS TV movie to air next year that will depict the very unfunny, 10-year backstage relationship between the slapstick comic and his handsome singing partner, Dean Martin. Martin has yet to be cast. Meanwhile, the Hollywood Reporter says CBS has also hired "Everybody Loves Raymond" star Brad Garrett, 42, to portray one of its legendary stars, Jackie Gleason, in the upcoming biopic tentatively titled "The Great One." Filming is scheduled to begin in June . . . COMPLAINED: Topless photos of Russian tennis ace Anna Kournikova, 20, in the June issue of Penthouse magazine are fake, her representatives told Reuters. Her agent, David Schwab, said his client plans to sue the publication. "All I can tell you is that right now Penthouse is confident that these pictures are genuine," responded magazine spokesman Michael Moi. "My understanding is that the photographer came to Penthouse with these pictures" . . . ENGAGED: Fashion consultant and former Jerry Seinfeld squeeze Shoshana Lonstein, 26, and New York investment banker Josh Gruss, 28, are getting married next year, she confirmed to the New York Post. The two reportedly met late last year and became engaged in late January, while on vacation . . . ANNOUNCED: Legal reps for two-time Grammy winner R. Kelly ("I Believe I Can Fly"), 33, told the Associated Press on Monday that they will contest a third civil lawsuit that claims the R&B star had sex with an underage girl. (The plaintiff is asking for $50,000.) Attorneys for Kelly said they have settled two previous civil suits that also claimed the musician had sex with teenagers but that "the cash machine is closed." Said attorney Gerry Margolis: "R. Kelly is no angel, but he is no monster, either" . . . SENTENCED: Disgraced baseball star Darryl Strawberry, 40, was ordered by a Florida judge on Monday to serve 18 months in prison for violating his probation on a 1999 drug and solicitation of prostitution conviction, reports New York's Daily News. "I would like to do my 18 months and move on, " the former Mets and Yankee slugger said in the courtroom. "My life is going in the right direction."
