Joseph Bakley, 36, the brother of Robert Blake's slain wife, Bonny Lee Bakley, has been arrested for a Florida parole violation after authorities there saw him on ABC's "20/20" last week, discussing his sister's shooting death and the case against Blake, San Diego Deputy District Attorney Robert Locke told Reuters. Joseph Bakley has been wanted by the state of Florida since 1993, says the news service. After an alert from Florida authorities, police in San Diego, Calif., tracked down Bakley, who was found at a city mission. He was then arrested on charges of violating a court parole order stemming from a conviction on drug and grand theft charges. Waiving his right to fight extradition, Bakley will be returned to Florida within 30 days, Locke told Reuters. As for Blake, he is charged with murder, conspiracy and solicitation of murder in connection with the shooting death of his wife on May 4, 2001, at an Italian restaurant near their San Fernando Valley home. The ex-"Baretta" star, 68, is being held without bail pending a trial later this year. This week, the judge in the case denied the actor's request to be released on bail.
