BORN: Former "Xena: Warrior Princess" star Lucy Lawless, 34, gave birth to Judah Miro Tapert, 8 lbs. and 8 oz., on Tuesday at her home in New Zealand, her publicist told the Associated Press. The baby, reportedly in good health, is the second child for Lawless and husband Robert G. Tapert, who was the executive producer of her syndicated adventure series, which left the air last year. The couple also have a son, 2, and Lawless has a daughter, 13, from a previous marriage . . . OFFERED: Michael Jackson, Tonos Entertainment and AOL (PEOPLE's parent company) are launching the Michael Jackson Songwriting Contest, which runs through June 10, reports the Associated Press. Fans who wish to compete for a chance to write a song with the pop star, 43, can register at AOL Keyword: Tonos or Keyword: Michael Jackson . . . SETTLED: A libel lawsuit filed against consumer advocate Erin Brockovich by her ex-husband, Reno stockbroker Steven Michael Brockovich, who claimed that the movie version of her life damaged his reputation, has been settled. "The parties just decided to get on with their lives and put it behind them," Brockovich attorney David Weeks told the AP. No details of the settlement were disclosed. The movie won Julia Roberts a Best Actress Oscar . . . ANSWERED: PEOPLE asked "The West Wing" star Martin Sheen, 61, if he's excited about the upcoming wedding of his son, "Spin City" star Charlie Sheen, 36, and actress Denise Richards, 31. As the father of the groom-to-be told PEOPLE's Lyneka Little and Maria Russo: "I am, but I can't tell you when it's going to be. What did you hear? I'm telling you, PEOPLE magazine knows more about the wedding than I do."
