Worrying about how you look naked is only human nature. Ask "Little Nicky" actress Patricia Arquette, 34, who in her latest movie, "Human Nature," had to remain naked for the camera a good part of the time. "I have issues with body awareness and I'm an actress in Hollywood, so I was intimidated," she told PEOPLE. "I've always felt like, 'Am I supposed to be taller? Skinnier? Younger? Have bigger boobs?' . . . But I didn't think my character always felt comfortable being naked, so I didn't have to feel comfortable with myself being naked." In this romantic comedy written and produced by Oscar nominee Charlie Kaufman ("Being John Malkovich"), Arquette plays a woman who falls in love with a behavioral scientist played by Tim Robbins. Oh, it should be mentioned that the Arquette character is, well, very hairy. Like an ape. "Dressing" for the part required six hours every day. Is she worried about possibly becoming typecast? Actually, yes. Said Arquette, who was married to Nicolas Cage (from 1995-2001) and is the sister of David Arquette (who is three years older than she) and the sister-in-law of Courteney Cox Arquette: "After this, if there's a hairy script out there, it will come to me."
