BUSTED: Former figure skater and "Celebrity Boxing" champ Tonya Harding, 31, crashed her pickup truck into a ditch near Portland, Ore., early Saturday and was cited for drunk driving after failing a sobriety and breath test, police said. No one was injured . . . FILED: Maria Cristina Ruiz, 43, reportedly a former maid of Marlon Brando, 78, filed a lawsuit against the actor in Los Angeles Superior Court, charging him with breach of contract. She claimed that the famous actor fathered three children (now aged 8, 10 and 13) with her during a nearly 14-year relationship that ended last year, reports the Associated Press. She seeks $100 million in damages as well as monthly payments for support and maintenance. No comment from Brando or his representatives . . . DIED: REGINALD ROSE, 81, a writer during TV's "Golden Age," died of heart failure in a Connecticut hospital Friday, said the AP. His best-known work was his 1954 "Twelve Angry Men," which was then turned into a 1957 movie starring Henry Fonda. RUSTY BURRELL, 76, a retired sheriff's deputy who served as Judge Wapner's baliff on the daytime reality series "The People's Court," died last Monday at his California home. A real-life baliff before going on TV, Burrell served during the trials of Charles Manson and Patty Hearst.
