Hollywood producer and real-estate scion Steve Bing, 37, who is fighting a paternity claim by ex-girlfriend Elizabeth Hurley, 36, is back in court again -- over another child, reports the Associated Press. Bing, producer of the 2000 movie "Get Carter," has filed a $1 billion-plus lawsuit against MGM studio mogul Kirk Kerkorian, 84, who is questioning the paternity of his ex-wife's 4-year-old daughter. Bing says Kerkorian's lawyers waded through Bing's garbage in search of dental floss for DNA testing to prove that Bing fathered Lisa Bonder Kerkorian's child, which Bing claims constitutes trespassing and an invasion of his privacy. (Attorneys for Kirk Kerkorian have said in court that their client is sterile.) Mrs. Kerkorian, 37, is currently seeking $320,000 per month from Kirk Kerkorian to support daughter Kira. Kirk Kerkorian is hoping to keep the amount at $50,000 per month, which the AP says he is now paying. Although together 10 years, the Hollywood mogul (Kerkorian also owns the Las Vegas Grand Hotel and Casino) and the former tennis pro were only married for a month. Lisa Kerkorian recently admitted that she faked a separate DNA paternity test by using saliva she obtained from Kerkorian's adult daughter; however, in a deposition, Lisa declared that her husband pressed her to pretend he was Kira's father. As for Bing's claim, Kirk Kerkorian's attorney Terry Christensen told the AP that DNA tests on the retrieved dental floss -- which, they admit, they got from Bing's garbage -- proved with 99.993 percent certainty that Bing was Kira's biological father. "Did we use a little self-help (in obtaining the sample)? Sure," said Christensen. "But it was discarded, and it belonged to waste management at that point."
