Leoni, Duchovny: And Baby Makes Four
The couple's "dramatic" 3-year-old daughter, Madelaine West, has a new sibling: a baby brother born Saturday to the Hollywood couple.

Tea Leoni and David Duchovny welcomed their second child Saturday, a baby boy weighing 7 lbs., 10 oz., according to a statement issued to Reuters on Monday by the actors' publicist, Annett Wolf. No other details, including the newborn's name, were released. Duchovny, 41, and Leoni, 36, married since 1997, also have a 3-year-old daughter, Madelaine West. As reported in PEOPLE last year, Leoni's "child, her marriage, family and friends come first," says Holland Taylor, the actress's costar on NBC's "The Naked Truth." (Leoni's latest movie was Woody Allen's "Hollywood Ending," while Duchovny just helped wrap up the final season of Fox TV's "The X-Files.") At home in Malibu, where the family shares a $3 million house with their dogs Blue and George, Leoni gets around in a Dodge pickup, boxes to keep in shape and dotes on daughter West (as her parents call her), according to PEOPLE. "She has David's eyes and David's cautious smarts," says Leoni. "From me she has somewhat of a dramatic tendency." And as was correctly predicted by the magazine at the time: West could look forward to having "a lot" of siblings, her mom said.
