NAMED: The Osmond Family, Kermit the Frog, Susan Sarandon, Kevin Bacon, and the late Gilda Radner are among the entertainers who will be enshrined in the Hollywood Walk of Fame over the course of 2003, Johnny Grant, chairman of the Walk of Fame Committee of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, told the Associated Press. "This year's honorees met all the criteria in longevity, professional achievement and contributions to the community," he said. . . . CAST: Emmy-winning former "Dharma & Greg" star Jenna Elfman, 30, will take the lead in her first TV movie, reports Variety. She will headline Lifetime's "Obsessed," described as a melodrama based on a true story about an ill-fated affair between a medical writer (Elfman) and a married doctor. . . . HONORED: Chapman University officials in Orange, Calif., presented Arnold Schwarzenegger, 54, with an honorary degree in humane letters during a Sunday ceremony at the Orange County campus. Chapman President James L. Doti cited the action star's work on behalf of young people in athletics and education.
