MTV dad Ozzy Osbourne will sing for Queen Elizabeth, 76, and other members of Britain's royal household at the Party at the Palace Pop Concert -- as in Buckingham Palace -- on June 3, PEOPLE's London bureau has learned. The appearance will be part of a series of public events in London to be held June 1-4 that includes parades, parties and concerts to mark Her Majesty's 50 years on the throne. The Birmingham, England-born star of the MTV's "The Osbournes," 53, will perform, along with another new addition to the lineup, Ricky Martin, PEOPLE reports. Previously announced to the all-star roster are Elton John, Paul McCartney, Eric Clapton and Tom Jones. The concert, which will take place in front of more than 12,000 specially invited Britons and the royal family (including princes William and Harry), is scheduled to end with a rendition of the Beatles's "All You Need Is Love," led by McCartney and the event's so-called house band, which includes Phil Collins on drums. The link to the outlandish at the Jubilee will not end there, PEOPLE notes. A member of the Hell's Angels, a fellow named Snob (real name: Alan Fisher), is slated to lead a group of motorcyclists from the group in a parade to mark the Queen's anniversary. As pageant organizer Sir Michael Parker said at a press conference after the announcement, "You can't say we're not inclusive."
