CAST: Madonna, 43, will make a cameo appearance as a fencing instructor in the upcoming James Bond movie "Die Another Day," her spokeswoman told the Associated Press. SOUGHT: "Men in Black II" star Will Smith, 33, and his wife, actress Jada Pinkett Smith, 30, requested a restraining order against a former employee, caretaker Mike Cooley, whom they accuse in court papers of demanding money in exchange for his keeping quiet about their private lives, reports the New York Post. The two also accuse Cooley of stalking them, documents state. Lawyers for both sides did not return the newspaper's calls. . . . ILL: Minnesota Gov. Jesse ("The Body") Ventura, 50, was admitted to a hospital Tuesday for treatment of a blood clot in his lung, reports the AP. He is listed in stable condition and is said to be in good spirits. . . . RAISED: "Malcolm in the Middle" star Jane Kaczmarek, 46, missing from the set of the Fox comedy for several days last season in a reported salary dispute, is finalizing a new contract that will bring her weekly salary to nearly $100,000 for next season (the show's fourth) and $150,000 a week for the season after that, says the Hollywood Reporter. It appears mother knows best.
