"Will & Grace" star Debra Messing, who won an Emmy this year for lead actress in a comedy, is adding more than just a trophy to her household. She's pregnant, her spokeswoman Annette Wolf tells the Associated Press.
The baby, due next summer, is the first for Messing, 35, and her husband, actor-screenwriter-producer Daniel Zelman, 36. The two have been married for three years, but they've been together for a decade after meeting as students together at New York University.
NBC had no comment on whether Messing's pregnancy would be written into the series, a network spokeswoman tells AP.
Last season, Messing's character, Grace, married a doctor named Leo, played by actor-singer Harry Connick Jr.
Meanwhile, in other baby news, newlyweds Christy Turlington and Ed Burns welcomed their new bundle of joy, a daughter, on Oct. 25, the New York Post reports.
Turlington, 34, and actor Burns, 35, were married in June.
