'Scooby-Doo' Stars Gellar, Prinze Marry
Goodbye wolfbane, hello floral bouquet: The "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" star weds her "Scooby-Doo" leading man over the weekend in Mexico.

Wedding bells have chimed for "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" star Sarah Michelle Gellar and her boyfriend of more than two years, actor Freddie Prinze Jr., their spokeswoman tells the Associated Press.
The ceremony took place Sunday in front of family and friends at an undisclosed location in Mexico, according to publicist Leslie Sloane. The bride wore a Vera Wang gown and the groom, a custom-made linen suit.
The couple got engaged last year at a joint birthday party in Los Angeles for Gellar, now 25, and her agent, Eddy Yablans. This is the first marriage for both bride and groom -- who, by the way, were also both among PEOPLE's 50 Most Beautiful People in 2000.
Prinze, 26, is the son of Freddie Prinze Sr., the actor-comedian who starred on the '70s NBC sitcom "Chico and the Man." (The elder Prinze, despondent over his divorce, committed suicide in 1977, when his son was 10 months old.)
Gellar has been acting since she was four. The two met while making the 1997 slasher flick "I Know What You Did Last Summer."
Their last film together was this year's "Scooby-Doo," and they are signed to do a sequel.
