The Justice Department may have issues with Martha Stewart, but her TV syndicator is still with her, say trade reports.

The domestic diva, 61 -- currently under investigation for possible insider trading involving a biotech stock she unloaded nearly a year ago (a day before the stock's value plunged on account of an FDA decision) -- should take solace in the fact that her show, "Martha Stewart Living," has been cleared for renewal by 70 percent of the country's TV stations for the 2003-04 season, Variety reports.

However, King World, the syndicator, did not specify which stations have renewed the show.

In addition, Stewart's highly coveted morning time slots on a number of major-market CBS-owned stations may be threatened by King World's new talk show, "Living It Up! With Ali & Jack." That program is set to premiere in the fall on many of the same stations -- and could in fact be positioned as a replacement for "Martha," it has been speculated.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, a King World spokesman, saying, "it's up to the stations to make their programming decisions," declined comment on the possibility of such a replacement.

King World chairman Roger King also revealed little in his announcement, other than to say, "We look forward to the new 2003-04 season of 'Martha Stewart Living.'"
