Flanked by supermodel Cindy Crawford, pop diva Paulina Rubio, Lancome model Devon Aoki and his own beautiful wife, Eva, fashion designer Roberto Cavalli -- who has dressed, among others, J.Lo, Shakira and the women on "Sex and the City" -- was saluted at a friend's Miami Beach estate this weekend, PEOPLE reports.

The occasion: his 62nd birthday. As for being surrounding by so many eye-catching women, Cavalli threw up his hands and shouted, "Well, I'm a Scorpio!"

"I'm head to toe CA-VALL-I," declared Crawford, 36. "Even my bra is Cavalli," she said with a chuckle as she pointed to a metallic strap visible underneath her jade-colored, Asian-print silk blouse whose tail was neatly tucked into leather pants. "There was a black dress waiting for me to wear tonight, but I'm not wearing gowns anymore if I don't have to," Crawford said.

Crawford, a mother of two (son Presley, 3, and daughter Kaya, 1,) by her husband of four years, restaurateur Rande Gerber, tells PEOPLE that she's recently downsized her workload and social calendar.

"Your priorities change," she says of raising children. "I knew I would be making a trade and giving up one thing for the other, but it's excellent. I am very happy."

So were the 400 birthday party guests, who ate well as they watched high-heeled models careen down a 120-foot, multitiered runway wearing the Cavalli Spring/Summer 2003 collection. Items were later auctioned off to raise money for Miami's Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami.

The sultry Rubio, 31, gave the final toast of the evening and led the entire crowd in a rendition of "Happy Birthday." Rubio, who shined in a Cavalli dress, described the designer as "magical ... everything with Cavalli is like a great carnival."
