Fur Flies at Victoria's Secret Show

And you thought Victoria's Secret lingerie just looked dangerous. Four women, all dressed in black, rushed the stage at the sexy underthings company's New York fashion show on Thursday, holding posters that read "Gisele: Fur Scum," while model Gisele Bündchen and two other models were strutting the catwalk.

The models tried to ignore them and keep up the show while several security guys detained the protestors, whose signs also had the logo for animal rights group PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals). The show was being taped for a CBS broadcast scheduled for November 20, according to CNN.com, and after about a 10-minute break, the segment was redone.

Bundchen was targeted because she recently signed on as a spokesmodel for fur designer Blackglama, CNN.com reports. But Bundchen told PEOPLE and CNN that the attack was misdirected. "I don't even wear fur," she said. "I was just doing my job. I love animals. (The protestors) just want attention. "

Bundchen recovered quickly from the incident, and was able to get into the after-party festivities by dancing with Damon Dash and Naomi Campbell.
