The Osbournes Renew Their Wedding Vows

New Year's Eve brought renewed wedding vows for last year's highest-profile couple, John Michael and Sharon Osbourne.

He's best known as "Ozzy."

The MTV stars repeated their "I do's" before hundreds of invited guests -- including Justin Timberlake and Chris Rock -- at the Beverly Hills Hotel, "Entertainment Tonight" reports.

The Osbournes originally wed on July 4, 1982, but they delayed their 20th anniversary party this summer because of Sharon's battle with colon cancer.

According to "ET," Sharon, 50, was escorted down the aisle by her father, Don Arden (who used to manage Ozzy's former band, Black Sabbath). She wore a cream-colored wedding gown and diamond tiara.

Kelly Osbourne, 18, Ozzy and Sharon's youngest daughter, served as flower girl, and music was provided by the Village People.

The wedding capped a busy week for Sharon, who on Christmas Day had addressed Great Britain in a televised speech that competed with Queen Elizabeth's message to her nation.

Sharon spoke about being diagnosed with cancer and how it had been a "bittersweet" year for her family, though the ordeal did provide her with the meat of her holiday message.

"It's the one time that is so important that family are together and just give each other a big kiss," she said.

Later, while discussing her meeting with the Queen, Sharon said: "She was very warm and amazingly down-to-earth, and I just told her that she had great tits, 'cause she does."
