This might up the chances of "Joe Millionaire" ending in a tie.

First there were the tantalizing photos of Evan Marriott from his days as a catalog underwear model -- and now comes a new revelation about one of his "Joe Millionaire" finalists, Sarah Kozer.

Turns out the Los Angeles resident, 29, initially described by FOX as being in "sales and design," has an acting background, of sorts.

Under the name of Cindy Schubert, she allegedly starred in such bondage films as "Novices in Knots," "Hogtied," "Helpless Heroines" and the foot-fetish adventure "Dirty Soled Dolls," according to the Smoking Gun Web site.

In that last feature, she is one of 15 "fantastic foot-maidens" who "bare their filthy soles," according to the title's promotional materials. She reportedly appears fully clothed, though sometimes barefoot, during her performances.

Contacted early Wednesday by the Web site (which includes 12 amusing pages from Schubert's oeuvre), Kozer reportedly said when asked about her alleged bondage and fetish film career, "It's early ... Let me get my glasses and call you back."

She never did call back, so the Smoking Gun called her. She placed its reporter on hold for 10 minutes, then returned to say, "No comment. And this is a shared line." (A party line in this day and age?) She then hung up, said the Smoking Gun.

FOX spokesman Josh Governale declined to respond to the Web site's inquiries, saying only, "We do not comment on the personal lives of our participants."

In Thursday's New York Daily News, Kozer's spokesman, Phil Viardo, says Kozer did the movies while in law school, to assist with paying some bills. "It seemed like a good opportunity," he says. "She couldn't believe she could be paid for doing something so silly."

He did not know her salary.
