Michael and Catherine's Trip to Court

Catherine Zeta-Jones and husband Michael Douglas arrived in London's High Court Monday morning to give their side of the story in their breach-of-privacy lawsuit against Hello! magazine, which they claim published unauthorized photos of their November 2000 wedding.

According to the BBC, the Douglases avoided the army of press photographers awaiting them by showing up in a limo with blacked-out windows and then being taken to the courthouse through a side entrance.

Zeta Jones, 33 (who is eight months pregnant), and Douglas, 58, say their privacy was violated and their careers suffered when Hello! published fuzzy pictures of their New York bash.

The couple had sold exclusive rights to their wedding picture to Hello! rival OK! magazine for $1.6 million. Hello! hit the stands with its pictures three days before OK! did.

Court papers contain statements from Zeta-Jones stating that she was "devastated, shocked and appalled" when she realized her wedding was invaded by party-crashing photographers. Furthermore, she "felt violated and that something precious had been stolen from me" when she learned of the existence of the unsanctioned pictures while on her honeymoon.

Last week, the judge in the case handed the Douglases a setback when he declared that their 350-guest ceremony was a public event.
