Otherwise happy couple Matthew Broderick, 40, and Sarah Jessica Parker, 37, are apparently going the Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman route -- by filing a $15 million lawsuit against the Sephora USA cosmetics chain for allegedly using their images in an advertising campaign without their consent.

The suit was filed Jan. 10 in Los Angeles Superior Court and is similar in its claims to the legal action taken last September by the divorced Cruise and Kidman, the Associated Press reports.

Both celebrity twosomes were pictured in ads for the "L'eau down on celebrity sweethearts," a Valentine's Day-related promotional campaign at Sephora retail outlets.

The ad lists Sephora products that would reputedly go with the various attributes of the stars.

According to AP, Cruise and Kidman, in their joint lawsuit, seek $15 million in damages and request triple damages because of alleged violations of the Lanham Act, a law meant to protect intellectual property rights such as patents, trademarks and copyrights.

Sephora representatives did not immediately return AP's calls seeking comment.
