MTV matriarch Sharon Osbourne is certainly savvy to the power of the airwaves.

On Tuesday, Osbourne, 50, took to TV's "Celebrity Justice" to present her side of the alleged catfight -- complete with a reported clawing by both parties -- that occurred between her and Hollywood agent Renee Tab, 26, last Thursday in a West Hollywood Japanese restaurant called Koi.

According to her publicist, Osbourne suffered a dislocated jaw, chipped tooth and sprained neck.

"I want everybody to see the way I look, because I've got nothing to hide," Osbourne, sporting a nasty bruise on the left side of her jawline, said on the air.

Osbourne and Tab have been at odds since the agent won a $15,000 diamond necklace door prize at the Osbournes' anniversary party. Sharon has claimed that Tab was an uninvited guest and, therefore, not entitled to keep the necklace. Tab has kept the necklace.

"I honestly thought my jaw was broken," said Osbourne. "After the swing, the next thing (I remember thinking) was, 'My jaw is broken ... my jaw is broken.' I have really bad pain here in the side of my jaw, and my neck is still bad."

Osbourne also said her ears hurt and her teeth will have to be redone. "But I'm alive!" she declared.

In a statement sent to "Celebrity Justice" by her lawyer, Tab claims that Osbourne confronted her on the way back from the restaurant's restroom, spat in her face, then hit her.

According to two restaurant witnesses contacted by "Celebrity Justice," Tab was the one who first hit Osbourne.

Although earlier this week it was reported that police are investigating the incident, so far no charges against either woman have been filed.
