SET: Former New York Mayor Rudolph Giuliani, 58, and his fiancee since November, Judith Nathan, will be married May 24 at New York's mayoral residence, Gracie Mansion, in a ceremony to be officiated by current Mayor Michael Bloomberg, say reports. "They are absolutely ecstatic," said Sunny Mindel, Giuliani's spokesman. "It's a very happy time for both of them."
SPLIT: "Harry Potter" star Robbie Coltrane, 53, and his wife, sculptor Rhona Gemmell, 34, have amicably separated, PEOPLE reports in its new issue. The couple have two children. Coltrane plays Hagrid in the boy-wizard series.

BUSTED: Nine-time Olympic gold-medal winner Carl Lewis, 41, was arrested in L.A. County on April 21 and charged with driving under the influence, after he crashed his 2004 Maserati into a highway wall. The former track star, who was not injured, is due in court in July.
