The Grammy-winning singer met Lewis when his band, Mint Condition, accompanied her on a concert tour.
DEPARTED: A day after the Pentagon demanded he leave the war zone in Iraq for divulging U.S. troop positions during a FOX News broadcast, reporter Geraldo Rivera, 59, has "volunteered" to leave the country, his network said on Tuesday. Pentagon officials said on Monday that Rivera's report "compromised operational security" of the U.S. Army's 101st Airborne Division (with whom he was traveling), and at the insistence of the field commanders, FOX News agreed to remove him from the war zone.
BUSTED: '60s TV star Robert Conrad ("The Wild Wild West") was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving after a crash with another vehicle that injured both him and the other driver, police tell Reuters. Conrad's vehicle apparently collided with another car Monday night while he was driving in Northern California. The actor, 68, was rushed by helicopter to a hospital in Modesto, where he was listed in stable condition, a spokeswoman said.
