'Friends' Design Recliners for Charity
The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation will benefit from the sale of one-of-a-kind La-Z-Boy chairs designed by the show's stars.

"Friends" Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer aren't sitting on their laurels.
In fact, they aren't sitting on their recliners, either. The stars have designed their own one-of-a-kind chairs to raise money for charity, reports the Associated Press.
The works, created with La-Z-Boy, will be auctioned off from May 12-22 on eBay to benefit the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.
Among the designs, Schwimmer's chair looks like a beach ball made of multi-colored leather. Perry's is covered in blue velvet, with a swivel tray, a cup holder and storage for a remote control.
Cox's recliner, in black leather with bent wood sides, was inspired by the iconic Eames chair. And Kudrow's is covered in brown leather and sports a cream-colored argyle pattern.
In other TV news, "Touched By An Angel" star Della Reese, 71, will wind up her nine seasons on the show (whose two-part finale airs this coming weekend) by returning to a real-life pulpit.
"All those years on the television series afforded me a chance to touch people in a spiritual way," Reese said in a statement Monday.
Reese became a minister in 1987, ordained by the Universal Foundation for Better Living, which incorporates a network of 22 churches worldwide.
While starring on "Angel," she conducted services at the nondenominational Understanding Principles for Better Living Church in West Hollywood, Calif.
