SUED: New York surgeon Nader Paksima is suing rapper 50 Cent (real name: Curtis Jackson), 27, alleging he owes more than $32,000 in ER fees for the treatment of gunshot wounds nearly three years ago, the Smoking Gun Web site reports. According to the civil complaint, filed in Manhattan Supreme Court on Tuesday, Dr. Paksima has made repeated requests for payment, to no avail. The rapper's lawyer did not return Reuters' calls for comment.

ARRESTED: Actor Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs, 49, who played Sweathog Freddie "Boom Boom" Washington on TV's "Welcome Back Kotter," was arrested facing charges of misdemeanor domestic battery for allegedly pushing a woman friend to the ground during an argument while the two were skating along Venice Beach Sunday, police tell AP. The actor was booked, with bond set at $20,000, and was released from custody late Monday.
