APPEALED: Actor Paul Reubens (best known to the world as Pee-wee Herman) is appealing a Los Angeles Superior Court judge's decision to not dismiss Reubens' misdemeanor child pornography possession charge. Attorneys for the 50-year-old actor argued Monday that the material in his possession was vintage erotica, which predates a statue outlawing possession of such works. The charge carries a maximum sentence of one year in jail.
