With her and hubby Matthew Broderick's baby, James Wilkie Broderick, now 6 months old, Sarah Jessica Parker has something to show off: Her flat tummy.

She displays it in a sultry photo spread in the new issue of W magazine, under the cover blurb "Sexy Mama." (The subhead reads, "Does Sarah Jessica Parker Really Have It All?")

About the yummy tummy (as the New York Post refers to it), the "Sex and the City" star, 38, says of those who ask how she got back in shape so quickly: "I could tell them, 'Yeah, but I can afford a yoga teacher to come to my house. I can afford child care so I can work out for an hour and a half.'"

Granted, she admits, "I understand that as a culture, we cling to this idea that celebrities look exciting. But not only is the standard too high for most normal women, it's too high even for us."

As for balancing work on the TV series with motherhood -- Parker and Broderick refer to sweet baby James as "The Boy," according to W -- Parker reportedly lifted her shirt at an L.A. meeting with TV executives and began breast-feeding The Boy.

"I thought their jaws would drop," "Sex" costar Kristin Davis says.

Parker also shows up on the set every day with James and his nanny. The HBO show will begin its sixth and final season on June 22. (HBO, like PEOPLE, is part of AOL Time Warner.)

As for what may follow "Sex," Parker, obviously, is hoping for a sibling for James.

"As soon as possible," she coos. "I've been saving all my things for her. Everything: crazy Judith Leiber handbags, Manolos -- every single pair. I learned early on that if a designer gave me something and it said 'Kate Moss' in the waistband, I should keep it. And if it's a boy, I'll give it to his girlfriend ... if he's heterosexual."
