Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf are about to give their son a doubles partner.
The tennis stars are expecting their second child, due in mid-November, Graf's management company confirmed to the Associated Press Thursday.
The baby news comes nearly two years after word spread that the couple was expecting its first child. Agassi and Graf, both 33, married in Las Vegas in October 2001 -- and just four days later, the former No. 1 women's tennis player gave birth to a son, Jaden Gil Agassi.
"If there were IPOs on children's future athletic abilities, I know where I would invest," joked former tennis pro Jim Courier at the time of Jaden's birth.
Agassi (who divorced Brooke Shields in 1999) began dating Graf after they both won the French Open in 1999. Graf retired from the court that same year, but Agassi is still swinging away -- and he briefly regained the No. 1 ranking this month.
Agassi skipped last week's Hamburg Masters, but he is expected to play in the French Open starting Monday.
He initially floated the idea that he might also play mixed doubles with his wife in the tournament, Sky News reports. But now, of course, those plans have been nixed.
"When I said I might play mixed doubles with Steffi I didn't know the news," he said. "It would not be wise for a pregnant woman to play."
Meantime, the family splits time between a home in Las Vegas and in San Francisco. In 2001, Agassi also founded a college prep school in a poor neighborhood of West Las Vegas, aiming to give needy kids a quality education.
