There are some things that hard-living Ozzy Osbourne may not remember, but fathering a child in the past six years is not one of them.
That's why the MTV patriarch was confident enough Saturday to vehemently deny allegations by a woman claiming he's the father of her 6-year-old child.
Osbourne, after all, had a vasectomy 17 years ago, he says in a statement released to PEOPLE.
The unidentified woman was reportedly seeking an out-of-court settlement from Osbourne, 53. But the metal pioneer says the claim has no merit, adding in his statement, "The most precious thing I have in my life is my marriage and my children, and now someone is trying to destroy the harmony in my family. This is not going to happen."
Osbourne also says he has no idea who the woman making the claim is, nor does he intend to pay her anything.
For the record, Ozzy has five children. Elliot, born in 1966, and Jessica, born in 1972, are both from Osbourne's first marriage to Thelma Mayfair, which ended in divorce in 1981. (Elliot is actually Thelma's son from a previous relationship, but he took Ozzy's surname.)
Ozzy's children with wife Sharon are Aimee, born in 1983; Kelly, 1984; and Jack, 1985. The couple have been married since 1982.
Not that Ozzy wouldn't be happy to add to his colorful household. On Saturday he issued another statement -- this one to birthday boy Prince William of England, who turned 21.
"I've been told that you want to come and live in America," Osbourne's message said, according to Britain's ITV. "You're more than welcome to come and live in my house. ... My daughter would be thrilled. My wife would. I would. And the dogs would."
As for how Wills should spend his birthday bash, Osbourne suggested, "Have as much fun as you can, play Black Sabbath on record and have a blast."
