Elizabeth Hurley's Pantsmaker Expands

Jennifer Lopez may have made a big booty famous, but Ceila Wise is making it fashionable, PEOPLE's London bureau reports.

The exclusive designer has created three versions of low-waisted stretch trousers that suit "anyone with a little bit of a bum," says Wise, using the British term for butt.

The limited edition pants so far have become a wardrobe staple for actress Elizabeth Hurley, socialite Paris Hilton and British socialite Tamara Beckwith, and are only available through a private stock in New York. Price: from $150 to $500 a pair.

"I own more than a dozen pairs," the "Bedazzled" star, 38, tells PEOPLE. "I wear them all day and all night. They seem to work for every size woman, all age groups and all butt sizes."

Wise only makes 20 to 100 pairs of each pants design, calling them "a piece of art." They come in a range of styles from business pinstripes to clubbing hot pink. The latter style ties on the sides with strips of leather that leave a little flesh exposed and make wearing underwear unlikely.

Wise says she created this unique pattern just over a year ago as a way to distract herself from a broken heart. Since then she has expanded her self-financed venture from a word-of-mouth business to a rapidly expanding dual-continent venture, catering to the well heeled.
