Tennis giants Steffi Graf and Andre Agassi are parents again, with Graf, 34, giving birth to a daughter on Friday in Las Vegas, a spokeswoman for Graf's German marketing office tells Reuters.
"The parents are overjoyed. Both mother and child are healthy and cheerful. There were no complications," the spokeswoman said.
The couple, who married in October 2001 and have a 1-year-old son, Jaden Gil, have named their daughter Jaz.
Last month, PEOPLE checked in with Agassi, 33, who spoke about his off-the-court activities, including life with Graf and Jaden. Of family life, he said: "Listen, you can't do it without a phenomenal support system, starting with your wife. She makes it all possible. End of story."
Jaden's budding propensity for his parents' sport also was revealed.
"He's swinging everything," said his proud pop. "He doesn't care what environment he is in. He feels that if there's something that looks like a ball and a stick, it's a good thing to make contact."
As for who's the better coach (Graf won 22 Grand Slam titles during her tennis career), Agassi, who won the Australian Open in January for his eighth Grand Slam title, said: "Oh, no coaching involved yet, just attending to a lot of needs."
And in other baby news, actress Helena Bonham Carter, 37, has given birth to a baby boy, her first child, but has yet to give him a name, say British press reports. The father is Bonham Carter's partner of the past two years, filmmaker Tim Burton, 45. The two met while making "Planet of the Apes."
