Courtney's Court Date Delayed, Again
The hearing for the former Hole singer, who faces two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance, is postponed, pending "additional investigation."

Courtney Love, facing two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance, had her day in court postponed Tuesday after the judge said "additional investigation" is necessary before the case proceeds.
The former Hole singer conferred privately with Beverly Hills Superior Court Judge Elden S. Fox for eight minutes before her brief court appearance, reports the Associated Press. The jurist, delaying the hearing for a second time, rescheduled Love's court date for Feb. 11 because of "certain issues as it relates to an investigation on this matter."
In a previous, colorful court appearance, Love, 39, pleaded not guilty to charges of illegal possession of two painkillers, hydrocodone and Oxycodone. Authorities say the painkillers were discovered when she was taken to a hospital on Oct. 2 after Love appeared outside ex-boyfriend Jim Barber's house, where she had allegedly broken the windows.
She faces separate misdemeanor charges for allegedly being under the influence of a narcotic.
Before leaving the courthouse, Love told reporters she is planning a tour in support of her solo album "America's Sweetheart," due out next month.
