J.Lo to Guest on 'Will & Grace'

What do you get when you mix Jennifer Lopez with Sin City? The hour-long season finale of Will & Grace.

The Wedding Planner actress will play herself on the NBC show's April 29 wrap-up episode, "I Do, Oh, No, You Don't!," which is set in Las Vegas, a source close to the show tells PEOPLE. Yes, the plot revolves around a marriage – but we can't tell you whose. After all, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.

The appearance marks the first time the prettier half of the couple formerly known as Bennifer has made a cameo on a major network series.

Lopez, 34, began her TV career in the mid-'90s with roles on such sitcoms as South Central and Hotel Malibu. She also appeared as a dancing Fly Girl on the Keenen Ivory Wayans variety show In Living Color.
