This was a week for shocking ousters on reality shows. First came Wednesday's booting of Jennifer Hudson on FOX's American Idol. Thursday night, it was Alicia Calaway's turn on CBS's Survivor: All-Stars.
In the case of the Survivor: The Australian Outback veteran, she was a victim, in part, to Shii Ann Huang's winning a difficult Immunity Challenge, as she was the only ex-Mogo Mogo member remaining.
This forced the old Chapera tribe members to eliminate one of their own, so Alicia, 35, was voted out of the Chaboga Mogo tribe in a 6-1 decision.
Sounding vengeful, Alicia said in her parting words: "Now I sit on the jury, and believe me, when I have to decide who actually gets the million dollars, I'm not going to make it easy."
In other developments, the budding relationship between Rob and Amber seemed shaky. As Rob said for the camera: "She may be playing me. I don't know. I don't think so, I really don't. I think it's genuine, what's going on. I could be the biggest sucker in history."
