PROMISED: Former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres, 28, says her current divorce proceedings with singer Marc Anthony will remain amicable. "We are both very responsible, that's all we want for our kids, and there's no need to do it any other way," she tells Access Hollywood. The couple married in May 2000 in Las Vegas, briefly separated, then renewed their vows in Puerto Rico in December 2002. They have two young children, Cristian and Ryan. Meanwhile, Anthony, 35, who has been seen with Jennifer Lopez, has postponed his summer tour, which was due to begin June 1 in San Juan. "Due to the delay in production of my two albums, I have chosen to postpone my Nada Personal tour until November," he said in a statement. "Instead, I will allocate the summer months to the promotion of my new CDs."

ACCEPTED: Triple Emmy winner Allison Janney (press secretary C.J. Cregg on NBC's The West Wing), 42, and Home Improvement and The District actor Richard Jenik, 36, became engaged to marry, her spokesman tells the Associated Press. The couple, who live in Los Angeles and have dated for two years, were vacationing in San Francisco on May 17 when he popped the question. No wedding date has been officially announced, though she reportedly said during a radio interview that it will be this coming Christmas.

STOPPED: Hip-hop star Missy 'Misdemeanor' Elliott, 32, canceled a planned concert in Jakarta after the U.S. Embassy warned Americans about potential terrorist attacks in Indonesia, reports Reuters. Elliott had been scheduled to perform Wednesday as part of an international tour. "We apologize to all the fans of Missy Elliott because of this cancellation," says the show's promoter, who will offer ticket refunds.

YANKED: Medical records relating to the 1949 birth of Bruce Springsteen have been taken off the market by Lelands Auction House (which had planned to sell them to the highest bidder) and reportedly returned to the Boss at the insistence of his lawyers, says the Smoking Gun Web site. "The only people who should have access to those are patients, their designated signee, or someone who gets access to them via a court order," a spokeswoman from New Jersey's Monmouth Memorial Hospital tells the Smoking Gun.

RAISED: A celebrity golf tournament hosted by Toby Keith raised about $250,000 to assist families of pediatric cancer patients in Oklahoma, AP reports. Keith, 42, organized the golf classic following the August death of Allison Webb, the 2-year-old daughter of one of his original bandmates, Scott Webb.

PICKED: Steve Martin, 58, will be honored with the 19th American Cinematheque Award at the Cinematheque's annual benefit gala in the fall, says the Hollywood Reporter. The tribute, set for Nov. 12 at the Beverly Hilton, will air Jan. 23 on AMC. Last year's recipient was Nicole Kidman. The American Cinematheque is a nonprofit group dedicated to the preservation and promotion of movies.
