Did He or Didn't He?
Apprentice winner Bill Rancic got busy buttering up Ashley Judd in Washington, D.C., this week. After a benefit screening of Judd's new flick De-Lovely, the two headed to the city's new Kiehl's boutique for a cocktail reception. While the pair posed with an oversized check for $5,000 from Kiehl's to YouthAIDS, we asked Rancic how he liked the movie. As Judd shot a shining grin up at him, he declared, "It was great!" Moments later, after Judd was out of earshot, we asked Rancic to expand on his view of the movie, and he confessed, "Um, I actually did not see it. I'm just here for the YouthAIDS event. I just flew in from New York, because I'm working up there now." So where was he during the screening? "I spoke at the Thai embassy to young professionals, trying to get them involved with YouthAIDS." Well, okay, Bill, no need to De-Lie about it ...
Speaking of Reality Stars ...
Now that the gold dust has settled, Survivor All Stars' "Boston" Rob Mariano and his million-dollar fiancé, Amber Brkich, are dreaming about new careers. "He'll host like some sort of home improvement show. He can be, like, the next Bob Villa, but cooler," Amber told us recently. (Cooler than Bob Villa?) As for her: "I'll decorate," she says. Hmm, are we witnessing the beginnings of a new reality show?

It seems Malcolm in the Middle and Agent Cody Banks star Frankie Muniz is all grown up now. We spotted him Saturday night at Dennis Quaid's "Starry, Starry Night" benefit party and auction in Austin, with ... a tattoo on his left arm that says "ZERO." Well, of course we asked the 18-year-old actor what it means. "I can't tell you what it stands for," he said. Bummer. You won't spot his new marking in his next big-screen role – he will voice a confused zebra in the animated film Racing Stripes, due next year.
