Two tow-truck driving brothers were arrested and charged with assault Thursday after an altercation with ex-Apprentice contestant Katrina Campins and her fiancé, Ben Moss, who are also suing the duo's company for more than $15,000.

Donald Seay, 27, and Daniel Seay, 24, have been charged with aggravated battery in the June 27 incident in North Miami Beach that, Campins says, left her with a broken nose.

Campins and Moss, high school sweethearts who were in the area to plan their Aug. 14 wedding, are suing Seay Towing Inc. for more than $15, 000 in damages, alleging they were roughed up by the brothers and more than a dozen other men. Among their claims: disability and disfigurement; mental anguish; and medical and hospital expenses.

Campins and Moss's car was towed from a strip mall parking lot, where the confrontation first broke out. Donald Seay says Campins slapped him, but Stuart Grossman, an attorney for Campins and Moss, says the tow truck driver started to swear at them, the Associated Press reports.

The car was towed to the company's headquarters, where fighting escalated and Moss was beaten to the ground, according to police reports.

Besides a broken nose, Campins says she suffered a swollen eye, bruises and scrapes. Moss apparently needed stitches for a cut to his lip, the couple's attorney reportedly said. He filed the civil lawsuit July 2 in Miami, and is seeking a jury trial.

As of Friday morning, the Seay brothers were in Miami-Dade County Jail on $15,000 bond each, reports Florida NBC-affiliate channel 6 news on its Web site.
